Furnished apartments and studios for monthly rent in Madinah
Our 7 furnished homes are in the Moughaysala district, a 15–20 minute walk from the Prophet’s Mosque ﷺ (Masjid an-Nabawi) in Madinah (Medina). Rent them by the month (22 nights minimum) or by the year: to study, for Ramadan or as a family. Sisters book with their mahram.
Studios and apartments
Studios for 2 to 3 guests and apartments with 2 to 3 bedrooms, up to 9 guests. Homes are equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette, air conditioning and a washing machine (details on each listing).
What is included
Water, electricity, air conditioning and linen are included in the rent. Wi-Fi is a paid option, available in first-floor homes.
The price
The price depends on your dates: choose them at the top of the page to see the price of the whole home. Because you rent for longer, the rent goes down: −5% from 2 months, −10% from 3 months, −15% from 6 months (Ramadan nights excluded).
Arrival
Arrival is usually self check-in: you receive a video of the route, and the key is waiting in the key box or in the home. The team is on WhatsApp throughout your stay.

What is the minimum stay?
Rentals are available from 22 nights, with a minimum charge of one month. A stay of 22 nights or more that is shorter than one month costs the same as one month. Select your dates to view the applicable rate and optional extras.
How do I find out the price of my stay?
Choose your dates and check the summary before paying. Accommodation prices are for the whole property. Selected extras are added to the total, with their quantities shown in the summary.
Which facilities and utilities are included?
Water, electricity, air conditioning and household linen on arrival are included in the price, unless stated otherwise on the accommodation page. Wi-Fi is a paid option, offered only in the first-floor accommodations. The equipment of each accommodation is listed on its page.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Wi-Fi is a paid extra. The price for your dates is shown in the summary before payment.
How does check-in work?
Most of the time, you check in on your own: before you arrive, we send you a video showing the way and the entrance, and the key is waiting for you in the key box or inside the accommodation. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out before 11 am; another time can be arranged in advance on WhatsApp, depending on our availability.
Is there a security deposit?
No, no security deposit is required. Any damage, loss or breakage found at departure is charged at the actual repair cost, with proof.
Who can book accommodation?
Families, men travelling alone and groups of men. A woman can book if she travels with her mahram (an adult son is accepted); the accommodation is then reserved for her alone.
Can I rent for several months or a whole year?
Yes. Our apartments are rented by the month, for a full session or by the year, and studios also for six months. For a long-term rental in Medina, choose the yearly option in the search, or message us on WhatsApp.
What is the route to Masjid Nabawi?
Listings show an estimated walking time. It varies with your pace, the property and the mosque entrance you use. Ask for the route from your property before you arrive.
Where can I find the cancellation terms?
Bookings are non-refundable. Check the exceptions and details in our rental terms before paying.
