What does the price include?
The price is per person for the stated stay. Accommodation, Umrah with round-trip transport between Medina and Makkah, a guide and 2 nights in Makkah are included. Classes are only included in the package with Medinatouna. Flights, visas and meals are excluded.
How do I choose my dates?
Monthly sessions are scheduled to start on the 1st. Exact check-out dates and the number of nights are shown for each session.
Why are some bookings handled through WhatsApp?
Room availability, group composition or family accommodation must be confirmed. The button then says “Check availability”. Your message includes your choices; no payment is made at this stage.
Is this the price for a whole apartment?
No: the price is per person for the stay. Accommodation and its layout appear in your summary. Whole-apartment rentals are separate.
What are the conditions for the family package with classes?
Accommodation is private and a guided Medina visit replaces horse riding. Adults and children aged 7 and over pay the course-package rate; children under 7 receive a 50% reduction. Classes start from age 6. Women attend with a mahram. Our team confirms accommodation and the total before payment. These terms do not automatically apply to the stay without classes.
