The new rate applies to new attributed bookings after you reach the next level. It does not change commissions already earned. One booking counts as one referral, regardless of the number of guests.

Which bookings qualify for a commission?
Eligible bookings by a new customer with Séjour à Médine, for accommodation or a stay with Arabic classes. The referral must be declared and confirmed by our team before booking. Services booked directly with a partner are not included.
What amount is the commission based on?
The eligible amount actually received by Séjour à Médine, after any discounts, excluding the deposit and partner extras. We confirm this base amount when attributing the referral. Your commission is this amount multiplied by your rate, with no cap in euros.
For an eligible amount of €795: €39.75 at 5%, €55.65 at 7% or €79.50 at 10%. These are calculation examples.
When is my referral verified and paid?
After the stay ends, once the booking and payment have been verified. Simply sharing a contact does not earn a commission. Tracking, confirmation of the amount and payment arrangements are handled directly with our team on WhatsApp.
How does my contact declare my referral?
Before booking or paying, they message us on WhatsApp with your referral ID. Wait for us to confirm attribution. Our team manages the programme: there is no promotional code to enter in the payment form.
What happens if the booking is cancelled?
Cancelled, refunded, unpaid or duplicate bookings do not earn a commission. Only completed and verified stays count towards your levels.
Can I refer my own booking or several people?
You can recommend several new customers. Your own booking is not eligible. Each booking can be attributed to only one referrer and counts once, even when several people travel together.
